Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist, HR Services to join our HR team based in Utrecht, supporting corporate employees across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key areas such as immigration, tax, relocation (global mobility), benefits administration, and ensuring admin and compliance with local social benefit regulations. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing Tier 2 support to HR Administrators, and play a key liaison role between various internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition (TA), IT, Total Rewards (TR), Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and the broader HR team.

Responsibilities
Team Support:
· Act as a Tier 2 support and provide guidance to HR Administrators.
· Gain in depth knowledge on current HR policies and procedures.
Process Improvement:
· Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
HR Services Support:
· Coordinate and collaborate on matters with external vendors, such as immigration, tax consultants and relocation services, to ensure timely and cost-effective support for the business.
· Immigration monitoring and administration of HSM, and/or other work visas.
· Collaborate with HR Administrators on internal stakeholder, employee relations matters and cases.
· Coordinate and elevate new hire employee experience through onboarding orientation, and effective & timely communication.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal controls and regulations.
· Proactively stay updated on legislation, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
· Assist in handling complex HR inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance to the HR Administrators and internal stakeholders.
Documentation, Monitoring, and Reporting:
· Oversee HR documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
· Actively monitoring and assigning any activities and/or correspondence on third party portals (e.g., UWV, etc)
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll mutation files for corporate EU region.
· Prepare HR reports.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Backup for Senior Manager:
· Act as a backup for the Senior Manager in their absence.
· Oversee HR operations and manage team responsibilities as needed.
· Ensure continuity of HR services and support.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
· 1-3 years of HR experience.
· Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Dutch regulations.
· Excellent guidance and managing skills.
· Good understanding of HR practices, employment & sickness laws, and immigration rules in the Netherlands.
· Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good analytical ability.
· Proficiency in HR software and tools with some technical competencies.
· Adherence to confidentiality and high integrity standards.
· Exceptional organizational and adaptability skills.
· Demonstrated professionalism and commitment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Fluency in English is needed. Dutch and/or other EU languages would be good.
· Collaborative team player.
