Overview
The Store Maintenance Coordinator will be a relation concentric team player working as a liaison between stores, vendors, landlords and corporate leadership. They will assist in managing and developing programs to ensure the timeliness of open repair resolution, preventive maintenance programs, ad-hoc projects and identifying opportunities for improved operation and service excellence in a designated GEO region in North America.
Responsibilities
· Under the direction of the Store Maintenance Supervisor, provide direction to vendors, stores operations and others as needed to ensure proper communication, coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption to store operations.
· Actively respond to, schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, proactively tracking to completion within designated timeframes ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.
· Monitor open facilities issues with the stores, initiating action or escalation as needed.
· Work closely with internal Helpdesk and staff to ensure routine and emergency service requests are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
· Actively seek out new ideas and best practices through relationships with internal contacts, industry peers, vendors and independent research.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all internal and external contacts, including understanding of lease terminology, landlord responsibilities and landlord relations.
· Review and approve vendor proposals for repairs and replacements within approval limits.
· Manage and facilitate to identified brand standard metrics and KPI’s.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Physical environment
· Primary responsibilities require sitting desk side, operating and viewing a computer and other business equipment such as fax and copy machines, for up to 8 hours
· Must be able to lift, carry and move items up to 25 lbs in weight.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear.
· Frequent use of hands and arms to respond to and formulate email, fax and written communications.
· Constant listening to and verbally responding to phone calls, voice mail, teleconferences and meetings.
· Close vision to read extensive hand-written and faxed statements and legal documents.
· Standing, walking and stretching to coordinate work files, access fax machine, and retrieve reference documents.
· Lifting and carrying work documents, files and reference manuals weighing up to 15 pounds.
Work environment:
· The noise level in the work environment needs to be minimal with limited distractions.

· Understanding of facility systems and trades including Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Suppression, preferred
· Understanding of janitorial, exterior maintenance including roofing, façade, storefronts, landscape, parking lots, and snow removal, preferred
· Strong knowledge of multi-site facility management operations, work order process (preventive/reactive) and software systems, preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Ability to proficiently use a PC
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Aptitude for prioritizing multiple projects
· Facilities-specific knowledge/background is NOT required
· A ‘can do’ spirit and positive attitude
Benefits
The annual base salary $21/hr. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
