What to expect
As part of the Transformation Design & Execution team, you will work with clients and engagement teams todeliver outcomes that grow and optimize our clients’ businesses through turning strategy into realized and sustainable value.Based on your existing experience, knowledge and ambitions, you could find yourselfmanaging transformative solutions in domains such as:
Transformation Management (TM) & TM Office – Enabling alignment of strategy and value realization in enterprise program portfolios through design and operationalization of the Transformation Hub (T-Hub) platform.
Portfolio Management - Strengthening control of investment decision-making capabilities for executive leadership teams through enhanced tracking, prioritization and reporting of large project portfolios in the Investment Portfolio Manager (IPM) platform.
Program Management (PM) & PM Office –Designing and establishing a program management office aligned to organizational goals, inclusive of governance structure, tools (such as Program Performance Center, PPC) and management of large scale complex programs.
Agile - Enabling effective management, execution, monitoring, and scaling of complex, cross-border teams through a Foundation for Agile Solutions + Tools (FAST) framework.
Work locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle and Washington DC
Preferred qualifications may include
· Pursuing a MBA, MS or PhD degree
· A bachelor’s degree and approximately 3-7 years of work experience, preferably with a unique depth in a specific industry that demonstrates ability to understand businesses and sectors (energy, healthcare, media, entertainment, etc.)
· Structured thinking, as evidenced by an ability to identify and communicate efficiently the different components of an analysis or conceptual structure of a problem or situation
· Advanced analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills, including the ability to conceptualize components of a problem to aid in the analysis and definition of solutions
· Refined listening skills, including the ability to understand all components of a question or statement and demonstrate active listening
· Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, delivering the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences
· Record of professional, academic or personal achievement, including demonstrated experience going beyond the basic requirements of a situation
· Strong leadership skills, including positive, entrepreneurial attitude and initiative in owning responsibility with minimal supervision
· Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
· A willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to client sites
· A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
