Job Summary:
The Virtual Learning Production (known internally as the Americas Learning Virtual Classroom Delivery)Supervising Associate is involved in the planning and delivery of a portfolio of virtual learning projects and programs, where operations, process and technology enablement knowledge is required to deliver a seamless experience for our learners.
This position leverages and collaborates with other Americas Learning team members to coordinate and deliver virtual learning programs, ensuring that programs are deployed in a timely and quality manner and that appropriate resources are in place for program success, including logistics, scheduling, participant rosters, materials, media and technology production and program evaluation on virtual platforms. In concert with learning facilitators, this position participates in the execution of virtual learning programs and may include production and facilitation responsibilities, as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supports the delivery of a portfolio of medium to large virtual learning projects and may participate in portions of complex projects, including new virtual learning program deployments, learning technology/process deployments and continuous improvement initiatives
· Supports the development of virtual learning project/program curricula and schedules
· Applies LMS and/or knowledge management platform knowledge to access course curriculum, program registration data, and reports on participant completion status
· Contributes to meeting compliance goals through process, tools and documentation, minimizing any risk on behalf of the business and our learners
· Assists with reporting and measurement methodologies to provide data and information regarding the impact of virtual learning solutions
· Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders; manages stakeholder expectations; influences sponsors/stakeholders on specific deployment issues
· Consults and collaborates with other Americas Learning team members to understand broader needs and approaches and effectively align to Americas Learning PMO processes and technologies
· Monitors class consumption, reviews consumption reports and provides analysis and makes recommendations based on findings as needed
· Reviews evaluation summary reports and distributes to design team and course sponsor
· Plays an advisory role beyond learning session delivery, providing ongoing feedback and support to continuously improve learning solutions
· Manages multiple projects, simultaneously, in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
· Establishes plans, determines priorities and proscribes the processes needed to achieve the objectives; makes complex decisions related to multiple, often interrelated learning initiatives.
· Recommends courses of action and manages relationships for positive progress. Identifies alternative solutions when initiative meets challenges
· Proactively identifies and addresses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an initiative and shares with other Americas Learning Team members
· Understands how to apply baseline data analytics to drive process improvements and measures of success across virtual learning processes and technologies
· Applies strong process and technology enablement knowledge to analyses and problem solving with moderate complexity
To qualify, candidates must have:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 5 years related work experience, preferably within a professional services firm and/or learning environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong project and time management skills
· Strong financial skills for budgeting, monitoring, and allocating learning costs
· Ability to work with all levels of the organization
· Understands the firm’s business, organizational structure and operations
· Ability to assert own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
· Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
· Experience in managing all aspects of learning/training activities
· Desire to develop presentation skills in a virtual environment
· Responds flexibly to changing work demands (including managing multiple demands, competing priorities, and an environment of constant change)
· Possesses developing production skills using technology tools and platforms(e.g. Adobe, ThinkTank, Zoom)to plan, run and troubleshoot applications during the delivery and facilitation of virtual classrooms
· Working hours, flexible work arrangements and time off may be limited during specific times or deadlines
· Travel may be required pending business and project needs
· Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
· Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines
