The End User Technology User Experience team is looking for a UX Research Analyst to consult on research and feedback needs with internal stakeholders; recommending the methods consistent with business and customer needs.
The applicant should be able to lead the design of the research method as well as execute as a research facilitator (interviewer, usability testing moderator), survey designer, etc. in order to get the information needed to support internal decision making.
The applicant should also be able to analyze, organize and report results gained from user research activities in support of end-user the technology project initiatives.
The Research Analyst will employ strong reporting skills to communicate actionable insights that drive product and process improvements.
The qualified applicant will work to improve the utility, usefulness, and desirability of technology experiences in primary collaboration with User Experience Designers, Product Managers, and the internal Research organization.
Essential Functions of the UX Researcher:
· Consult on research and feedback needs with internal clients; determine methods consistent with business and customer goals and objectives.
· Lead the design, analysis, packaging, and publishing of survey results in partnership with internal customer feedback team.
· Track and report on product performance issues and resolutions closing the research loop with product teams
· Look across the various research initiative for overall insight themes which would drive greater insights into the EUTX and larger Enterprise Technology organization.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Strong command of the English language to read and comprehend survey results as well as prepare clearly understandable written reports required
· Strong knowledge in data analytics and visualization methods and philosophies
· Strong knowledge of design aesthetics and specifications in relationship to data presentation
· Strong written communication skills writing plans and testing results and trends
· Proven ability to synthesize lots of information and distill it into meaningful data; Strong analytical and visualization skills to assess and present trends and patterns.
· Strong verbal communication skills: questioning, presenting
· Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to quickly juggle multiple projects varying in size and complexity, prioritizing time and tasks as needed to meet aggressive deadlines
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Must be self-motivated.
· Able to deal with ambiguity.
· Teachable learner. Stays up to date on latest trends and research in research and data analysis.
· Ability to work across multiple internal business units and companies.
Other Requirements:
· Must be willing and able to work outside a traditional 8am to 5pm based on global organization needs.
· Partnering team works US east coast
Education:
· Bachelors in Human Factors, Data Analytics, or Research related field preferred
Experience:
· At least 3-5 years experience in research, data analysis and reporting
