The Talent Team sits within our Core Business Services (CBS) function, providing crucial support to EY Ireland’s 2,000 employee strong workforce. The team is involved in every stage on the employment cycle; from attracting talent to supporting them on their career journey. The opportunity
We are looking for someone with a passion for learning to join our Talent & Organisation Development Team for a 6 month period to support the development, facilitation and deployment of “World Class Learning” to the Irish practice.
Your key responsibilities
Support the deployment of a portfolio of technical, non-technical and leadership development courses and programmes across both the UKI and FS business, responsibilities include:
Scheduling and co-ordinating all central courses and programmes
Liaising with internal and external facilitators
Monitoring of participant nominations, learner cancellations, no shows etc
Management of training material
Supporting the logistics of virtual training events e.g. materials, session set up, in session activities (breakout rooms, whiteboards)
Manage course evaluations
Publish content and request classes on the LMS (SuccessFactors)
Support the delivery of our Professional Qualifications agenda including:
Course and exam enrolments for professional qualifications
Implementation of the firm’s exam training policies
Coordination of Faculty EY training workshops and relevant study clinics
Actively support the management of course financials e.g. invoice review, follow up with suppliers as required and updating the teams course cost trackers
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders e.g. UK & Ireland Talent Development co-ordinators, learners, service line resourcing teams, content managers, facilitators, learning champions, quality and efficiency networks, external training providers
Support the recording, editing and production of online modules/webcasts as part of our blended learning approach
Ongoing management of the Talent Development SharePoint and learning mailbox - Be the first point of contact for queries from the practice
Work with the Talent Development team to create learning reports and analytics to provide insights on the value of courses and learning activities and inform the ongoing development of the EY curriculum and learning strategy
Contribute to wider Talent Development/EYU/learning initiatives and projects across the UK & Ireland region
Skills and attributes for success
Detail oriented – organised, excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver to deadlines
A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well and develop positive relationships with people at all levels within the firm
Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can do approach
Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
Strong IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook are essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
To qualify for the role you must have
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Previous experience in administration
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in learning deployment, learning coordination or using a learning management system (e.g. Success Factors) is useful but is not a prerequisite
Knowledge and experience of SharePoint would also be an asset
