Our Financial Services Advisory Department focuses on asset management, banking and capital markets, insurance and private equity to provide Advisory services in the areas of Performance Improvement, Risk and IT to financial services organizations in Luxembourg and in EMEIA (Europe,MiddleEast,India&Africa).

 

 

In order to support the growth of our Financial ServicesIT Advisory Department, we are currently looking to recruit several experienced:

 

T24 Core Banking Transformation Technical Senior Consultant (m/f)

 

 

Our IT consultants help our clients to design and execute enterprise-wide performance transformation initiatives. Our activities range from strategy formulation and strategic analysis to the design of new operating models, the reengineering of processes and organizations, the management of business/ IT transformation programs and the selection and implementation of banking systems.

This role offers the opportunity for quick onward career progression whilst working with a broad range of clients.

Your responsibilities:

As a T24 consultant you will be:

· 
Be actively involved on data migration activities

· 
Be involved all along the value chain of project management

· 
Performing Business Analysis of as-is processes

· 
Defining the Target Operating Model

· 
Gathering requirement and drafting technical specifications

· 
Planning and executing tests

· 
Provide management reporting

· 
Taking part or lead system selection/ implementation projects

· 
Managing business/ IT transformation projects: contribute to system implementations (PMO, change management, process design, parameterization, test management, migration, training)

Your profile:

· 
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent certification in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Finance.

· 
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experiencein thefinancial services industrypreferablyin Luxembourg in a Big 4 firm or another international consulting firm or in a comparable role at a financial services organization

· 
You possess expertise in T24 implementations

· 
You have hands on experience in end to end T24 Data Migration with a hands on experience in the Temenos Data Migration Tool.

· 
You have strong technical knowledge in OFS (Open Financial Service)

· 
You have solid experience in IT transformation projects

· 
You demonstrate a pragmatic and hands on approach to problem resolution

· 
You show a good understanding of processes in the banking or funds industry plus general knowledge of the regulatory environment shaping this industry

· 
You demonstrate a strong client focus and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients

· 
You possess excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

· 
You have the willingness to learn and develop

· 
You are fluent in English. French and/or Dutch would be preferable with any other language being an advantage.
