Job Summary:

The supervising associate will be required to work in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organisation by being a part of the GDS ES Strategy and Operations team
Essential Functions of the Job:
·
Lead the planning and implementation of Strategic Initiatives for GDS ES SFs
·
Support in creating and implementing Strategic Initiatives
·
Expertise in managing dashboards and story boards using MS power point, MS Excel, Power BI
·
Collaborate with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving business goals
·
Constantly monitor and report progress on multiple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders using infographic dashboards
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent MIS reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
