Job description
Responsibilities:
Manages the AP disbursement, which handles all disbursements and tax-related matters
Manages accounting functions, including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Assist in monthly closing of financial records and posting month-end information
Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy
CPA License is not required but would be an advantage.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, local taxation, and government laws.
Proficient on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
