Job Summary

·  This role provides supports EY’s Business Enablement (BE) and Communications & Engagement (CE) team for channels used by the team - including SharePoint (SP), PoliteMail, EY Intranet Homepage, webcasts and others. The role sits within the Core Business Services (CBS) Communications team which is part of the BE CE team.
·  You will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. The team comprises communications specialists who partner with the business to design and deliver strategic communications for our functions.  Major teams within BE include Finance, Technology, HR Services, the Executive Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Procurement and Risk Management.

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

 

Essential -SharePoint,JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, CSS and XML,  AngularJS.
Working knowledge ofPoliteMail and WebTrends

 

Desirable -Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel, MCSD: SharePoint Certifications

 

 Essential

•Diagnosing end user’s problems, the ability to prescribe the right solution and then ultimately determine the right combination of methods using the skills mentioned above to deliver the right features

•Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach

•Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint using out of the box capabilities and using different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as Search, Workflows, Content Types, and Managed Metadata

•Demonstrated hands on experience developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint require; to include context indexing, personalization, restricting access to content

•Experience in developing custom solutions for SharePoint using SharePoint API, Object Model, web

•parts web services, workflows, site collections/structure

•Solid understanding of Microsoft IW principles including supporting technologies such as SharePoint Technologies, Office System, InfoPath, Nintex, Forms Services, Excel Services and Web services

•Strong architectural and design skills and the ability to formulate a solution from client requirements

•Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, JQuery and XML, XSLT,  AngularJS.  and CSS

•SharePoint administration - Should be able to create, design and maintain SharePoint

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure SharePoint implementations

•Responsibly own project tasks and take it through completion

•Proactively help improve processes and learnings in the team

•Ability to map client requirements to SharePoint application functionality identifying creative work-arounds when necessary or customizations/custom development

•Experience with user interface design and prototyping

•Experience working with Office 365, SharePoint 2010/2013, SharePoint Designer 2013, Power Shell

•Implementation knowledge in creating SharePoint solutions using different App models and Client side object models like JSOM, REST API, SP services and CSOM

•Experience developing solutions using .NET, Web Services, XML, XSLT, HTML 5, JQuery and other JS libraries (JS Link, Angular JS, JQPlot, etc…)

•Hands on experience in developing branding solutions by customizing the master page, css, and themes

•Packing and Deploying SharePoint solutions

•Excellent Written and Communication Skills

•Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

•Quick learner with “can do” attitude
