Job Summary :

This role requires regular interaction with clients on day to day basis to understand business requirements and deliver required solutions. In this role, you are responsible to drive Real-time monitoring and quality reviews, which are run by the Firm on client engagements to ensure compliance of EY’s policies and procedures.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Your Client Responsibilities:

·  Perform research in propriety EY databases & some external databases to identify the current & historical relationships of EY with the various parties involved in an engagement
·  Upload the research output in the prescribed format
·  Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues
·  Reviews deliverables from peers and team members when required and provide constructive feedback.
·  Initiates collaboration with others and spontaneously assists others in the delivery of their work.
·  Contributes to scoping, determining approach and methodology and project planning.
·  Serves as a first point of contact for any escalations or communications at a transaction level
·  Facilitating communication as the single point of contact(SPOC) for assigned customers
·  To be a SME (subject matter expert) for assigned processes and projects.
·  To develop, manage and strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships.
·  Responsible for overall service delivery of the projects
·  Focus on quality and other applicable KPIs


Your People Responsibilities:

·  Supports documentation of ideas for process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency of projects.
·  Actively participates in projects that are directly linked to managing people.
·  Coaching and guiding new and tenured team members to enable them to deliver effectively in their jobs.
·  Conducts training sessions and participates in RMS internal and GDS wide training events.
·  Contributes meaningful ideas for the development of RMS


You are expected to have below mentioned skills:

·  Good written and oral communication skill
·  Good interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities
·  Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, Power Point and Word
