Responsibilities
·  Actively participate in client engagements, working to design, challenge and deliver high-impact solutions.
·  Collaborate with multi-functional engagement teams to develop and refine solutions.
·  Own complex technical assignments, including supporting and delegating tasks done by staff consultants, proactively identifying risks and maintaining delivery excellence.
·  Develop and manage client relationships by co-delivering key work products.
·  Participate in business development activities, including proposals and sales presentations to drive new engagements. Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business
·  Demonstrate technical and professional knowledge of the Healthcare industry
·  Participate in the development of industry thought leadership, including identifying new approaches and methodologies to integrate into current service offerings.
·  Foster and innovative and team-oriented work environment
·  Display teamwork, integrity, versatility and leadership
To qualify for this challenging and rewarding opportunity, candidates must have:
·  Bachelor degree in business, health administration or related field
·  MBA or related Master’s degree preferred
·  A minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare service delivery or consulting whether with a public organization or a recognized consulting firm
·  Strong analytical skills and use of analytic tools
·  Strong writing and presentation skills
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication  skills
·  Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
·  Strong project management skills
This role is based in Vancouver and there is an expectation that some travel will be required.
