Your key responsibilities

 

As an IAM specialist in our UK Cybersecurity practice, you will be working within the IAM and wider Cybersecurity domains. You will have exposure to delivering IAM improvement through strategy and review work and will have worked in teams to deliver IAM implementations or run operational services. We don’t expect you to have formal experience of market facing business development activity, but you will be expected to identify opportunities where IAM people, processes or technology require improvement to strengthen security. 

 

You will have responsibility for:

·  Working across a portfolio of IAM related cyber engagements with our clients, reporting to a Manager responsible for the day to day completion of IAM improvement work
·  Working with team members, you will design and/or build solutions within large transformations
·  Performing reviews, assessments and building strategies for organisations looking to invest in IAM 
·  Where possible, you will identify opportunities for EY to assist our clients further and escalate these potential areas to the engagement manager
·  Establishing and building a network of contacts across EY and peer networks within our clients
·  Assisting the engagement manager with the planning and delivery phases of engagements
·  Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material
·  Ensuring your work is delivered on time and on budget
·  Contributing to the development of the existing Cybersecurity team by sharing knowledge, setting an example, and helping team members to develop
·  Travel may be required 25% - 50% of the time

Skills and attributes for success

 

A background within security and technology with experience in the following areas is required:  

·  Project management
·  Exposure across one or more of the following: Identity Governance; Access Management; Privileged Access Management; Consumer Identity
·  Working with one or more of the following IAM technologies: SailPoint; CyberArk; Azure; ForgeRock; Oracle; CA; IBM; Saviynt
·  Business analysis experience such as requirements gathering and modelling use cases
·  Business development experience supporting new business offerings
·  Security strategy, assessment, and design and implementation
·  Governance frameworks over processes, controls, organisation and infrastructure

To qualify for the role you must have

·  2+ years of experience working within IAM and Cybersecurity
·  Strong academic record, to degree level in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
·  Project and programme experience
·  Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

A Big 4 background or comparable management consulting experience is helpful, although EY will provide ongoing training and support to develop your consulting skills. We welcome applicants with industry experience and skills delivering transformation workstreams or security remediation work.
