The Opportunity
As a member of the SF Advisory team, you will contribute to SF related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. The specific position requires working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide a range of services with focus in SF implementation projects & methodologies. Our Advisory team consists of professionals with a variety of backgrounds, including excellent academic credentials and wide professional experience.
Skills and attributes for success
· Certified in Recruitment Marketing
· Minimum of 2 implementations of SuccessFactors within a specific module.
· Translate business requirements into system configuration, employer branding and create solution design for SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing in compliance with the best practices.
· Should have experience with Career Site Builder (CSB), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) like Talent pool, Email Campaigns and Data Capture Form.
·
Should understand Recruiting Posting, Job boards and Social Media platform to make the system design more efficient as per employer branding.
·
Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
·
Good experience in configuration of ‘Roles Based Permissions’ and ‘CSB Permissions’.
· Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning/command center.
· Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting and production deployment.
· Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
· Must have experience in creating adhoc reports and knowledge of Advanced Analytics.
· Knowledge in integration of Recruitment marketing with Recruitment Management, Job Boards and Recruiting Posting (RP) will be an added advantage.
· Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
· Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
· Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
To qualify for the role, you must have

Experience in: SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Preferred Skills
· Previous consulting experience with a consulting company
· Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
