Job description

Position: SAP IoT Architect -Manager

Jobpurpose: (part of description)

·   Interface with clients andservice line subject matter experts to design and lead development ofIoT-based products that deliver value for client businesses

·  Deploy and demonstrate IoTtechnology, develop compelling demos integrating IoT and other technologiesand help customers develop and troubleshoot POCs

·  Work on various aspects ofthe software delivery process including gathering requirements,designing and developing software solutions to complex technical issues

·  Focusing on R&D andInnovation using leading software development frameworks

·  Work on innovative and mindchallenging business cases

 

Weare looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

·   BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry relevantexperience of 12-15 years

 

You will need to have:(Core Competencies)

Mandatory skills:

·  Demonstrate a good understanding of IoTfundamentals, Computer Vision, UX Solutions.

·  Fluency in best practices for informationarchitecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, aswell as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.

·  Experience in digital enterprise products orsoftware as a service, with strong blue sky/ideation skills, robustholistic systems thinking, deep attention to detail and passion formaking difficulttasks into simple and delightful experiences forcustomers

·  Collaboration and product ownership isessential, requiring you to be a great communicator, and successfullypresent and align with the IoT customer experience team and stakeholderinput

·  Ability to architect and design integrationarchitecture for integrating applications with IoT and participantorganizations and their member nodes to IoT network.

·  At least 7+ years of experience as a userexperience designer, interaction designer, information architect, orsimilar UX-related role

·  At least four years of experience creatingprototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications.

·  Familiarity with user interface patterns forweb.

·  At least two years of experience working ina collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation ofdesigns.

·  Create security architecture for managingthe security of IoT and related applications

·  Create best practices/guidelines for IoT andUX teams

·  Create performance metrics for measuring IoTperformance

 


Preferred skills:

·  Experience with IOT modelling

·  Experience with IOT HUB based deployments

·  Strong time management skills and theability to be self-directed when needed

·  Solid written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to present a strong rationale for designdecisions

·  A bachelor's degree in interaction design,human-computer interaction (HCI), or related UX degree is ideal

·  Demonstrated history of acquiring user data(e. g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) is a big plus

·  Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript,& CSS is a plus

·  Course/certification/training for IoT ExpertProfessional

·  Working knowledge of Raspberry Pi/Sensors and otherIoT devices/platforms
