Key Responsibilities:

· 
As a Delivery Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Delivery Excellence culture and initiatives for IT transformation projects

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Exposure to Delivery Excellence frameworks like CMMi, ISO

· 
Should be able to define process for teams

· 
Should have experience in project audits and reviews

· 
Should be able to drive process improvement initiatives

· 
Facilitate process to project teams

· 
Able to analyse risks and metrics of projects

Ideally, you’ll also have:

· 
Be passionate about Deliver Excellence Management

· 
Be a graduate, preferably in Engineering

· 
Have more than 6 years of experience in Software Delivery Excellence

· 
Should have participated in CMMi initiatives, preferably as an ATM or FAR member

· 
Desirable to have PMP certification, CSM

· 
Should be able to handle change management and interact across different layers within the organization
