Job Summary:
The Automation Platform provisioning member will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations on addressing all provisioning request received from business and clients. The role demands strong technical skill in understanding applications, network, databases, servers and storage areas to ensure right information are asked to clients while provisioning task are performed. The role recognizes the global requirements and interfaces necessary support to operate with consistency in supporting all regions and aligns with peers in those other regions. To understand robotic process analysis on blue prism, Automation Anywhere platform. Handling all technical queries falling under Automation Platform while doing provisioning task. Should be technically sound to ask relevant questions to the architecture teams while doing provisioning task.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Working as part of EY Technology team and reporting to AP Manager, you will analyse, evaluate and provision VM’s to EY users who are on-boarding their process on AP platform.

Facilitates in Installation, monitoring and decommissions of VM’s as necessary to Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) infrastructure environment to maintain appropriate service levels in accordance with agreed to guidelines.

Supports and reviews Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other metrics to ascertain appropriate performance of all SN tickets related to VM and it availability.
·
Provides technical support to remediate basic incidents or technology change ticket orders to support VM replacement, upgrades and other requests for remediation. Completes the restoration of service within specified SLA parameters with business.

Creates and maintains appropriate documentation of all VM supported under AP Support team to ensure up to date inventory and properly accounted.

Supports and partners with IT management teams on changing Business and Usual (BAU) directives and advanced planning activities that affect the RPA team.

Provides support of off hour on call rotation to maintain appropriate support staff
·
Solving technical issues related to RPA platform on VM environment. Troubleshooting the basic network, application and access issues on Level 1 and Level 2 basis.
·
Bridging between various team and if needed involving vendor support. Taking ownership of any issue reported on AP platform.
·
Work with peer to ensure that all AP issues are addressed. Ensuring the uptime is consistent for all BOT (VM machines).
·
Scheduling maintenance on the VM’s for patch updates. Working with change management team to implement any change coming from vendor or GIS team.
·
Documenting all procedures related to AP support. Accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support.
·
Acts as a key player between SL and IT services. Ensures to enhance the services/process involved in AP support for team benefits.
·
Drives initiatives within AP team for better efficiency. Preparing technical tips and tricks of all important application which help for peer to troubleshoot the issue in a quicker way.

Ensure to review VM request reaching to relevant team.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Knowledge on Blueprism and Automation Anywhere
·
Windows basic knowledge is required
·
Knowledge on Active directory and group policy concepts
·
Basic of Hardware and networking knowledge
·
Working knowledge on VMware tools and RDP machines
·
General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments

Ownership of all below listed key requirements to be delivered to end users.
·
Requested VM’s on all environment.
·
Keeping track of all VM’s with detailed info like host IP and name, hosted at, allocated to, mail enabled, GPN etc.
·
Ensuring all SL application are installed before confirming to end users.
·
Ensuring all accounts listed under application profile sheet is created.
·
Ensuring SLA are met for all the tickets submitted for the requirement.
·
Ensuring complete ownership and rigorous follow is done with team involved in creating accounts.
·
Completing the project sheet/tracker with appropriate updates.
·
Testing of all installed application before deploying to business.
·
Password to be maintained within the team for PROD in a secured file in NAS Share.
·
Password for PROD and Non PROD to be recorded and only NON PROD password to be shared with business.
·
Check for infosec approval for unauthenticated proxy access. If not end user should submit ticket with approval.
·
Doing basic configuration as below before releasing the BOT’s/VM to end users.
·
BP and AA configuration.
·
Proxy configuration.
·
Language Setting.
·
Resolution setting.
·
Test all SL’s application installation and configuration.
Education:
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
·
Further or Higher education standard qualification.
·
Fluent in English language, written and verbal
Eligiblity (EY) :
· Confirmed employees who have been with GDS for at least 18 continuous months
· Employees who have completed 12 months in their current role, rank and grade
· Employees must have a minimum rating of ‘3’ in their most recent Annual Performance Cycle
· Employees must have relevant educational credentials and qualifications as defined
· Employees must not be serving an indemnity agreement
· Applications will be considered valid only if approved by the Service Line Head
Experience:
· A minimum of 2 to 4 years in handling IT issues
· Basic of Hardware and networking (A+/N+) or equivalent knowledge
· Windows OS basic knowledge is required.
· Knowledge on Automation tools, basic coding on Blueprism and Automation anywhere etc.
· Knowledge on PowerShell and batch scripting etc
Certification Requirements:
Desirable qualifications (including country equivalents);
· MCSE 2012
· Automation Tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
· C++, Java, .Net etc
· ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
