As part of this strategic imperative, Client Technology and the EY service lines are offering a broad range of RPA products and services to clients across diverse market sectors and regions. Robotic process automation (RPA) is the application of software that mimics human action and connects multiple fragmented systems together through, without changing the current enterprise IT landscape. A “bot” does not replace existing software, but instead sits on top of existing technology infrastructure and interacts with systems and applications in the same way that a human would.

Responsibilities:

· 
Participating in RPA diagnostics (interviews, data collection, analysis)

· 
Participation in the design, configuration, development and implementation of RPA-based solutions

· 
Participation in presentation of results to the clients (documentation, instructions, training sessions, preparation and performance of presentations)

Required:

· 
Technical or mathematical education (mathematics, cybernetics, applied system analysis, etc.)

· 
Basic programming skills in any programming language: VBA / C # / 1C or other

· 
Basic administration skills for Windows Server (2008 and above)

· 
Intermediate level of technical English for understanding of technical documentation, communication with technical support, participation in training sessions

· 
Desire to learn and acquire new skills, ability to learn quickly

Desired:

· 
Experience in integration of different technologies: web, desktop applications, back office applications

· 
.NET programming

· 
Understanding the fundamentals of financial and/or management accounting

· 
Knowledge of business process modeling approaches and tools (BPMN, EPC, etc.)

· 
Development skills with one of the RPA platforms (BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion, other)

· 
Understanding of Agile methods for project delivery
