Job description



EY is seeking the Regional Advisory Service Line Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) Business Development team. The team plays a vital role in helping EY achieve its growth ambitions across 31 countries.

 

The Business Development team cooperates closely with client facing teams in the Advisory practices across CESA, with the CESA Advisory Sector, Accounts and Competency Leaders, as well Growth Drivers Leaders. In addition, BD leverages regional contacts with others in the BD network.

 

BD works with Advisory teams across CESA to drive sales, activation of strategic solutions, build relationships and ultimately drive revenues and growth.
This role is for people with a strong client focus and a commercial, sales driven mindset. It is at the level of experienced Senior or Manager.

 

This role is permanent and full time equivalent and expected rank is Senior / Supervising Associate.

 

Preferred location is Czech Republic.

Your key responsibilities
•Work with Growth Drivers Leaders and solution owners on activation of strategic solutions and alliances
•Design solutions activation campaigns and track campaigns progress and targets
•Develop and share periodical various markets management reports and dashboards, including the pipeline of opportunities, sales, wins & losses and other reports as needed for CESA Markets committee. Analyse collected data and propose possible solutions.
•Organise (and facilitate) regular conference calls/meetings; monitor/follow up actions
•Identify market and sector trends, collect market intelligence and pro-actively communicate relevant information to team on market initiatives, eg. research info, publications etc.
•Provide any support to pursuits teams on specific opportunities alongside other BD team members, for example with collection of credentials across the region and beyond
•Organise and keep up to date credentials, tombstones, CV’s, boiler plates etc, and share these, as well as knowledge and leading practices within the Business Development team and across the region
•Review and analysis of various financial and market reports, gap analysis
•PMO for selected strategic initiatives (collect input from various stakeholder, build the program charter, maintain the work streams tracker)
•Prepare inputs and presentations for various leadership meetings
•Leverage business development knowledge and firm-wide best practices in all aspects of relationship and account management

To qualify for the role, you must have
•University degree
•3+ years of business development experience in the professional services and solutions arena
•3+ years of experience in a commercial organisation with a client focusing role involved in selling services and solutions
•A proven track record of success in a solution-oriented, professional services environment
•Team selling experience
•Can-do attitude
•Fluent English in writing and speaking
•Literacy of MS office applications
•Flexibility for occasional travel across the region
