You’ll own immigration related recruitment activities in our world-class shared services center, where you’ll be a driver of operational excellence and the exceptional candidate experience at EY, so our reputation for quality and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. Your Key Responsibilities
Your diverse range of responsibilities will include resume review, candidate screening, and driving operational excellence as you work to improve the recruitment process. It’s all about creatively identifying opportunities to grow and improve our already world class recruiting organization. You will work closely with the key stakeholders and business to ensure compliance with immigration related recruitment processes. Skills and attributes for Success
· Management of multiple recruitment cases simultaneously
· Relationship building with candidates, stakeholders, and recruiters
· Strong Detail orientation and process improvement aptitude
To qualify for the role, you must have
· A bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
· 2-4 years of related work experience in a recruiting environment (Talent, Recruiting Operations)
· Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRMs and digital interviewing tools
· Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries
· Ability and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones
· Strong project management skills and experience
· Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Knowledge and application of immigration related recruitment
· Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
· Strong presentation, researching, and change management skills
· Strong reporting and analytical skills
· Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously
