Project Coordinator

The opportunity
The Project Coordinator supports one or more BMC Programs within the Global Tax BMC function. This role serves a dual objective:
• Supporting Tax BMC Program and Project leaders bringing marketing and internal communications projects to life by understanding the business agenda and transforming these priorities into world-class execution and delivery;
• Assisting Tax BMC Program and Project leaders across Financial Management, Project Management, Procurement, Tracking and Reporting, Mailbox Management etc.

Your key responsibilities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies and functions (Finance, invoice tracking, procurement, GDS, analytics, planning, operations, etc.)
• Provide exceptional client service to BMC leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for all operational processes (budget, reporting, measurement, etc.)
• Continuous focus on process improvement, impact / ROI, effectiveness / efficiency, standardization and innovation
• Support admin activities such as mailbox management and updating trackers
• Support with SharePoint updates and liaising with GDS functions
• Strengthen process understanding and discipline across the Tax BMC team


Skills and attributes for success
• Project Coordination experience – ideally professionally qualified
• Be a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate impact
• Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally
• Help driving change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization
• Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions

 To qualify for the role you must have
• A bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination/project management
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level.
• B2B marketing, with experience in professional services or similar industries.
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills. 
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Technical skills:  advanced knowledge in MS Office

Ideally, you’ll also have
• Strong skills in finance and accounting, specifically around managing complex, large-scale budgets
• Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
