The opportunity
 

We are looking for an Assistant Sourcing Manager who will be a core member of our UKI Talent Procurement Team working with our UKI (United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland) Sourcing Manager - Rewards and Benefits and Human Capital this role will support in the sourcing of requirements for the UKI firm across both Rewards and Benefits and Human Capital.

 
Your key responsibilities
· 
Leverage best practices to execute low and medium complex projects for UKI Talent Procurement covering the categories of Rewards and Benefits and Human Capital. (external workforce and Recruitment).

· 
Deliver of Quantitative Value and drive Brand Value to achieve quantitative metrics for EY.

· 
Supporting UKI sourcing managers in complex sourcing projects to actively provide added value.

· 
Support to develop Category strategies and sourcing to ensure value creation and working on ad hoc activities including reporting, KPI and Spend Under Management (SuM) 

· 
Negotiation of small to mid-sized contracts as per Sourcing Manager guidance and request

· 
Follow procurement strategies being implemented by Talent and Procurement in general.

· 
Liaise with suppliers, internal clients and key internal functional teams in support of sourcing projects

· 
On-board suppliers to programs

· 
Contract finalization support and manage contract renewals

· 
Maintain highest levels of integrity and honesty in the procurement process

· 
Engage and create meaningful and productive business relationships with clients and stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success
· 
3 - 5 years of experiencein Procurement or Procurement Talent related positions (Human Resource, Sales Management),

· 
1 – 2 years of Talent Procurement experience beneficial(references will be required)

·  Advanced level of communication – English,
· 
Additional optional language skills - Spain, German, Portuguese – nice to have,

· 
Bachelor’s degree or above typically from Business Administration, commercial, business or related fields.
