Job Summary:
As a part of the End User Technology Experience (EUTX) team, the In-Office Print Services BA will be responsible for the day-to-day business analysis and reporting required to support our Global Print Services customers. This role will assist our country offices and local procurement teams in preparing financial estimates for print program onboarding and fleet renewals. This role will also prepare fleet performance reports and TCOs for both OnePrint and non-OnePrint customers. The Print Services BA will assist with business case development and with metrics reporting for the service.
TheIn-Office Print Services BAis responsible will:
· Prepare print performance and operating reports (cost per page, print volumes, etc.)
· Develop fleet optimization designs and efficiency scores to support renewal/onboarding
· Conduct financial analysis of proposals (e.g. TCOs, operating costs)
· Prepare custom data reports for global customers
· Audit of vendor performance against service/contractual metrics
· Develop custom data reports for global print customers
· Preparation and reporting of service metrics, eco reporting
· Analytics of global fleet for problem analysis and trending
Essential Functions of the Job
TheIn-Office Print Services BAwill:
· Provide fleet efficiency reviews upon request for EY offices globally (both OnePrint and non-OnePrint)
· Review and audit HP/QBR data that is provided to OnePrint program members
· Prepare TCOs for new contracts and renewals and audit any TCO data provided by vendors
· Develop design and pricing templates to improve standardization during onboarding and renewal process
· Assist with business case development for countries that are renewing contracts, refreshing fleets or onboarding into the OnePrint program.
· Perform price analysis of new technologies under consideration by the Global Print Service
· Develop analytics reports of print operating costs to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction
· Assist Product Manager in projecting budgetary costs for refresh, renewal and EOL
· Assist with development of standardized reports using tools like DCC, PowerBI and Teams to make service data available to EY customers and service Product Managers
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Must be a highly organized and adaptable, able to self-manage
· Must be able to start with limited or no information, pulling together what is needed, driving to a conclusion
· Substantial background in the preparation of financial reports, business cases and TCOs
· Strong experience with analytics tools and data analytics
· Advanced Excel skills (macros and VB scripting)
· Ability to develop and publish financial reports using tools like DCC, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel
· Must be able to work with complex raw data, merging multiple data sets to produce reports that capture financial, geographic, volumetric and attribute-based results
· Experience with automating reporting (batch driven, etc) highly desirable
· Passionate, committedand resourceful
Other Requirements:
The role may also require the periodic allocation of additional time on the job to support multiple demands and escalating issues and some travel to support change or planned project activities.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor in Business Management or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Approximately 4 years of experience in a comparable role. Experience support printing and scanning operations a plus.
Certification a Plus:
CBAP, CCBA, PMI, ITIL
