Job description

Job purpose:

 

Any core banking (Preferably Finacle) professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of core banking modules – Retail, Corporate, Internet Banking, Mobile banking, Wealth management, Payment suites

 

Your client responsibilities:

 

·  Need to work as a team member in one Finacle implementation projects
·  Interface and communicate with the lead BAs and onsite coordinators
·  Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
·  Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
·  Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)
 
Mandatory skills:
·  Should have 2 - 8Years of experience in Core banking implementation ( Minimum 2 years of experience in Finacle)
·  Well versed in functional aspects of the Product and able to play the Business Analyst role by gathering requirements, writing FSD, support UAT.
·  Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, retail Deposits, Lending, Securities, Asset management, Compliance, AML - Including product parametrisation and set up.
·  Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices
·  Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD, BPD
·  Excellent business communication skills
·  Good personal leadership skills
·  Excellent client-facing skills
·  Should be fast learner

 

Preferred skills:

·  Prior Client facing experience
·  Any core bankingor Banking domain knowledge
