Responsibilities

· 
As part of our people team you will work with a regional team to strengthen our firm by helping to strategically steer our recruitment and selection process to source and bring on board the best professionals in the Caribbean.  Your core responsibilities will include:

· 
Serving as the lead Recruiter for the acquisition of staff for all service lines across the Caribbean.

· 
Managing the strategy and tactics of recruiting for experienced and campus hires by partnering with leaders to ensure that all recruitment needs are met.

· 
Recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement and efficiency of the recruitment and selection process.

· 
Representing the firm in any external forums related to the functional area of recruiting.

· 
Building strategic alliances with recruitment, campus and employment agencies/establishments.

To qualify for the role you must have:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational behaviour or a related discipline.

· 
An advanced degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline would be an asset.

· 
A minimum of 5-7 years working experience in Human Resource Management and four years managing recruitment.

· 
Experience managing recruitment for large organizations, experience in the “Big Four” Audit Firms would be an asset.

· 
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-taking environment.

· 
The ability to utilize strategic thinking and conceptual skills to collaborate with fellow team members on best practices.

· 
Strong customer focus and effective use of consultative approach with clients.

·  Strong interpersonal skills.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

This position is regional and will be based in Jamaica.
