Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:

Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
·
Act as the point of contact and communicate status to all participants
·
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
·
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
·
Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
·
Prepare necessary presentation materials
·
Develop executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables
·
Brainstorm solutions to challenges, and identifying benefits to discuss with relevant stakeholders
·
for clients
·
Document/template management aligned to branding compliance
·
Co-ordinate with in-country teams for compliance related and global payroll operational matters
·
Must work as part of the wider Payroll team and liaise with appropriate staff within the team
·
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
·
Coach, mentor, train and coordinate activities of the team
·
Provide administrative support as needed
·
Undertake project tasks as required
·
Adhoc reporting and other duties as required
Technical Skills and Qualification:
· Expert numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
· Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English in a clear and concise manner
· Experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building
· Proven ability to work effectively in managing a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
· Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems
· Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products – advanced/expert excel
· Experience in payroll, and the use of a large ERP would be beneficial, but not necessary
· Prior experience in tax accounting and finance would be beneficial, but not necessary
