EY Technology supports our technology needs through three service lines:

· 
Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients and client

facing Service Lines. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.

· 
Enterprise Technology (ET) – ET supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fitfor-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. ET will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

· 
Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.

 

 

What are you going to do?

 

The EY Technology Operations Support Analyst role has the responsibility of assisting the GDS EYT Location Leader in the administration of the technology Service Line of GDS Argentina. This professional will help to manage the IT services teams based in the location, support and facilitate the operations to ensure that all teams can perform within the expected results and timelines, infrastructure is provided properly to perform their functions and day to day logistic issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 

This role works closely with the Shared Services Center EYT Service Line Location Leader and frecuently interacts with the functional leaders, People Managers and Coordinators and the different operations teams (Finance, Talent, BMC, Facilities, IT Support, etc.) in order to execute his/her main responsibilities:

 

· 
Compile and update all necessary information to build meetings agenda based on predefined goals, take notes of the main topics discussed during the meetings and follow up the completion of the action items agreed with each of the responsibles.

· 
Interact with the different Operations teams (Finance, Talent, Recruiting, etc) in order to maintain all Service Line master data updated (employees division numbers, counsellors, supervisors, people managers, team names, etc.). Reconcile reports on a regular basis and correct any missing data or error found.

· 
Interact with the Recruiting and Talent teams to gather information or help resolve any recruitment related issues. Update and maintain all recruitment related reports that will be presented to the leaders.

· 
Facilitate on-boarding of new staff. Work with Local IT Support to ensure all hardware is ready on time and coordinate with the local teams’ People Managers/Coordinators that a work space is assigned to the new joiners. Track and maintain all necessary records.

· 
Welcome new joiners showing them the facilities and introducing them to their new counselors and/or local leaders.

· 
Control and monitor employee’s compliance with local policies and regulations: work from home schemas, absence control, sick leaves, medical certificates, special licenses, vacation requests, overtime approval, on call schedules, expenses, etc.

· 
Metrics & Reporting: produce and update the main business reports used to measure the most relavant key performance indicators of the service line.

· 
Assist with the coordination of training courses required and monitor attendance or completion of manadary learnings.

· 
Identify areas of improvement in the processes of the area and propose ideas to solve issues and work more efficiently.

· 
Maintain the Service Line Sharepoint web site updated with the latest content and manage its Yammer group, email account and other communications.

· 
Interact with BMC in the organization of different events related to the Service Line.

· 
Be involved in the Business Continuity and the Disaster Recovery Plans for the location.

· 
Work closely with ‘Guest Relations’/’Mobility’ to ensure that business visits of global leadersare efficiently handled and productive.

What do we need from you?

· 
Ability to collaborate across functional teams, cultures and geographies; build trust virtually.

· 
Strong ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish - includes verbal, written and presentation skills.

· 
Knowledge of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes projectplanning, schedule development, scope management and cost management).

· 
Analytics and reporting (Power BI or other similar tools).

· 
Customer relationship and people management skills.

· 
Flexibility to work outside typical hours.

· 
Details oriented, ability to work under pressure and results driven.

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.

· 
Advanced Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.

· 
Fluent in both English and Spanish - verbal, written.

· 
Experience in a large corporate IT environment will be desired.

· 
Basic experience managing corporate Social Media tools.
