It is built to serve a comprehensive set of first-class Managed Services throughout the fund life-cycle
mainly to our clients from the Asset Management, Private Equity and Real Estate industry. It is a new
way to connect our clients with EY community, offering a customer journey that takes place in an
immersive digital environment using latest technology. And, it is supported by our highly-skilled
professionals delivering exceptional client service each step of the way, helping our clients to gain
valuable insights into their business.

Operational Support


About the job
·  Serve as key point of contact for internal and external clients and support in general questions 
·  Keep track of issues and categorize them
·  Anticipate problems and help solving them Work solution-oriented
·  Be accountable for the day to day troubleshooting and timely solutions
·  Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance
·  Build and maintain excellent and reliable client relationships
·  Collaborate with Managed Services stakeholders and technical teams to solve IT problems for clients
·  Ensure the timely and successful smooth delivery of our solutions according to customer
needs and objectives 
·  Help service delivery teams to self-serve
·  Push service/sector teams to provide thought leadership and maintain sector and service
content

 

About you:

·  Decent experience in a client-facing position
·  Minimum 2 years work experience in service support for ideally the retail and alternative fund industry or for financial services (must requirement)
·  Practical understanding of the service components, the technological environment of a
multifunctional client portal and data collection management
·  Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
·  Ability to quickly identify and prioritize internal and client requests
·  Technology background is considered as a strong asset
·  Excellent listening and presentation abilities

·  Strong verbal and written diplomatic communication skills

·  Relevant professional and academic qualifications
·  Excellent command of the English language verbal and written, as well as the French and/or the German language
