What to expect

Based on your existing experience, knowledge and ambitions, you could find yourself working alongside any one of our competencies, assisting clients to drive business-led and technology-enabled transformations across a broad range of business issues. You will work with your clients and project teams to identify the root cause of problems, co-develop solutions, and engage with key stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure continued alignment on expected outcomes.

 

As a Technology Transformation professional, you will help guide c-level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization.  You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive level presentations for the c-level executive suite. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking, IT financial analysis and enterprise architecture. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements.  Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to the clients. Through these experiences you will build expertise in leading edge technologies and concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Block Chain, etc. At the same time, you will actively contribute to internal practice initiatives like building thought capital, developing methodologies, supporting recruiting and training needs, while driving community of practice activities to enhance the firms’ capabilities.  We will look to you to be a future leader of the firm, so you can expect plenty of growth and development opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment that allows you to bring unique ideas and thought leadership to the table. Ideal candidates will have exposure to one of more of the following: 

 

·  5+ years of experience in a business technology or consulting role
·  Ability to understand, analyze and apply leading frameworks to solve complex client technology problems
·  Experience in data analysis, reporting and developing executive presentations
·  Strong financial costing, analysis and benchmarking experience
·  Ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environments

 

Work locations:Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York/New Jersey, San Francisco/San Jose, Seattle and Washington DC

 

Preferred qualifications may include

·  A bachelor’s degree and approximately 3-7 years of related work experience
·  Pursuing a MBA, MS, MHA, MPA or PhD degree
·  A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges
·  A genuine interest in solving complex business problems
·  Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences
·  Strong leadership skills and a desire to build cutting-edge solutions
·  Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision
·  Significant work experience within industry or consulting
·  Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
·  A willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to client sites
·  A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
