Job description

Job purpose:
·  Configuration, customization and integration of CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing). Hands-on with technologies like MS Dynamics CRM to configure/customize required features
Your client responsibilities:
·  Create relevant code artefacts based on the defined functional specifications 
·  Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions 
·  Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work  streams 
·  Work cooperatively in a team environment 
·  Remain flexible on changing workloads

Key skills:
·  Understanding of the CRM concepts - Sales, Service and Marketing
·  Experience as a QA/ tester/ analyst in software development for CRM solutions.
·  Ability to drive the testing processes starting from planning phase to test case execution and bug-fixing support.
·  Ability to write test plans, cases and other test documentation.
·  Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) 
·  Experience in agile delivery and deployment , continuous integration and build processes
·  Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL 
·  Product configuration , customization and  integration experience   
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment 
·  Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 5 years
Preferred skills:
·  Prior experience of managing a globally distributed team
·  Experience with agile methodology
