Looking for Managers for Supply Chain & Operations team in Business Consulting.

The employees are expected to work on Supply Chain Planning engagements for our clients globally.

Desired profile and skills:

·  MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes with 8-12 years of relevant business/consulting experience in planning function is crucial
·  End user proficiency in SAP APO – SNP and/or JDA – Fulfilment/ESP and/or Kinaxis and/or OMP is required
·  Well-honed Supply planning, Distribution planning and Production planning/scheduling skills are vital for this role
·  Understanding of Demand planning, S&OP, Inventory optimization and Process reengineering is required
·  Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for planning would drive this role
·  Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
·  Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
·  Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required
·  Experience with analytical tools will be an added plus (Llamasoft, Supply Chain Strategist, R, Python etc.) – Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Spend Analytics
·  Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit for this role

Responsibilities:

·  Candidate will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
·  Candidate would have to acquire knowledge of new planning tools; such as OMP, Kinaxis, JDA etc. and would have to work on process design/ reengineering/ implementation projects related to the process and/or tool
·  Candidate may have to setup or work on manage services related projects as a SMR or a Planner

Primary roles will be (but not limited to):

·  Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
·  Design planning solutions, create Operating models, Governance frameworks and participate/conduct workshops
·  Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations
·  Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables

Travel:

·  International travel up to 30% may be required
