Job Description:

·  As QA & testing associate, this role will be responsible for acting as SPOC (single point of contact) for all testing, QA and related reporting activities.
·  Plan, schedule, testing according to test plans
·  Log/ record defects and monitor for closure before delivery to the client
·  Work with organizational QA teams to develop and customize processes and implement them within LSS
·  Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis and prevention activities
·  Drive defect prevention activities across projects and measure effectiveness
·  Recommended and drive process for continuous improvement.

Experience:

·  3 to 5 years work experience in quality assurance, testing, measurement, reporting, analysis, defect prevention and continuous improvement
·  Ability to communicate across organizations and with various levels of management
·  Worked in an eLearning organization or similar, with demonstrable examples of similar work done in the past
·  Excellent communication – written and verbal skills
·  Experience in eLearning industry will be beneficial.
