Learning Technology Specialist, Senior Associate
Job Summary:
Researches, evaluates and recommends learning tools (and enhancements to existing learning tools) to support the firm’s learning agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interacts with various stakeholders across the Learning team to understand the needs for learning tools and technologies.

Researches and recommends the latest on learning tools and technologies, based upon the needs of the business
·
Interacts with global IT to understand the roadmap for global learning tools, and how these impact the needs of the US firm
·
Provides process and support for changes in technologies, which includes learning delivery support and interacting with various IT groups to resolve issues
·
Creates and maintains project/program documentation (reporting, meeting minutes, status updates, etc.). May create project plans and timelines to manage project/program components and deliverables.

Communicates progress, barriers, risks and benefits to team members and clients, to achieve project success
·
Facilitates solutions across projects/programs requiring ongoing working relationships. Examples may include identifying process improvements, and working to establish efficient processes across multiple groups

Analyze and make recommendations on learning tools and systems; for example, tools to support webcasts, or tools to capture attendance in classroom learning environments
·
Analyze EY’s global learning tools and identify opportunities for improvement; for example, enhancements to EY’s global Learning Management System
Qualifications, education and certification:

2-4 years of relevant work experience
·
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·
Knowledge of the firm’s (and learners’) needs for learning tools and systems
·
Strong team worker with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
·
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization
·
Attention to detail
·
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
·
Ability to work independently
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
·
Knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, SABA) and/or learning collaboration tools (e.g. ThinkTank, ZoomRoom, WebEx)
