Job Summary:

The Americas Learning Projects Specialist, Senior Associate works as part of a project team to provide advanced operational, process and technology support to learning projects or programs. This support may include managing/consulting on learning design and development projects, enhancing the quality of services provided, deploying new learning technology and/or processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position has a good understanding of project management and technology and will also monitor and make recommendations to enhance, as needed, the learning experience for our people and our key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 
·  Acts as a project manager for a portfolio of less complex learning projects or programs and assists with larger projects, including new learning program design and development, learning technology/process enablement and continuous improvement initiatives
·  Creates and maintains project/program documentation (reporting, meeting minutes, status updates, etc.), and may create project plans and timelines to manage project/program components and deliverables
·  Communicates progress, barriers, risks, and benefits to team members and clients in order to achieve project success
·  Researches and recommends the latest on learning techniques, methodologies, processes and technologies
·  Provides process and support for changes in technologies, which includes deployment support and interacting with various IT groups to resolve issues
·  Provides operational reporting and analysis — reports include key statistics such as measurement results for accuracy and timeliness, analysis of survey results and an analysis of project progress against goals and objectives; analyzes workflow of operations, including protocols and analyzing handoff and communication points within a process and offers suggestions for improvement
·  Responds to needs of managers, sponsors, and stakeholders, escalating to supervisor/sponsor as appropriate and identifies alternative solutions to situations
·  Facilitates solutions across projects/programs requiring ongoing working relationships; examples may include identifying process improvements and working to establish efficient processes across multiple groups
·  Develops and applies knowledge of user experience to create high-impact solutions for our learners and other key stakeholders
·  Responsible for less complex learning projects that require the ability to create and implement timelines related to project deliverables, assign tasks and follow up on their completion, and manage sponsor/customer expectations of the outcome of the deliverable
·  Understands the firm’s business, organizational structure, and operations
·  Applies process and technology enablement knowledge to analyses and problem-solving with moderate complexity
·  Uses sound judgment and consistency in providing measurement results
·  Uses analysis to identify opportunities and offer solutions
·  Ability to solve problems and make/present recommendations to team members on solutions
·  Manages own portfolio of work with a moderate level of guidance
·  Depends on others for moderate guidance and direction
·  Prioritizes own deadlines and may delegate tasks
·  Escalates complex issues with recommendations to project sponsors and/or team leader 

To qualify, candidates must have:
·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
·  2–4 years of relevant job experience
·  Ability to work effectively in small teams
·  Ability to manage and meet deadlines
·  Strong written and verbal communications skills
·  Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships between problems and issues
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Visio
·  Knowledge of optimal learning collaboration tool usage/technology tool support (e.g., Adobe, ThinkTank, ZoomRoom, WebEx)
·  Developing knowledge of learning design and/or adult learning principles
·  Developing knowledge of user experience
·  Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
·  Ability to influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
·  Working hours, flexible work arrangements and time off may be limited during specific times ordeadlines
·  Travel may be required pending business and project needs
·  Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
·  Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines

The salary range for this position is $64,200 to $102,600.
