A new opportunity has arisen within the Learning and Development team.

 

The Opportunity:

 

To participate in the development, facilitation and deployment of “World Class Learning” to the UK & Ireland region (UK&I) in line with the UK&I Learning Deployment operating model. As a Learning Coordinator you will be expected to perform the core responsibilities detailed below, contributing to the Talent Development team’s priorities and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Support the management of a portfolio of programmes/events working with the Learning Consultant and Managers. Examples of responsibilities are included below:

·       The initial set up of courses and classes within Service Now (SuccessFactors)

·       The monitoring of participant nominations working alongside the TSS team

·       Venue booking and ongoing management

·       Management of training material

·       Supporting the onsite logistics of a training event, such as managing sign in sheets and stationery arrangements (these do not always require you to be physically onsite)

·       Actively support the management of Course financials e.g. invoice review, accruals reporting, follow up with suppliers as required, ongoing monitoring of spend and forecast, annual budget preparation

·       Support the Learning Consultant in the management of facilitators

·       Management of learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions in conjunction with the TSS

·       Support the recording, editing and production of online modules/webcasts

·       Input into SharePoint sites, be responsible for maintaining content relevancy

·       Management of systems used to facilitate Coaching and Mentoring relationships

 

Skills and Attributes for Success:

 

·       Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable the successful deployment of your courses. Stakeholders will include TSS, Learning Consultants, Facilitators, External suppliers, Resourcing team, ROI and FSO.

·       Take responsibility for the detailed review of work performed by TSS Learning administrators assigned to your portfolio of events

·       Coach and support the UK&I TSS Learning administration coordinators to increase their knowledge, skills and competence within their role along with their understanding of the UK&I region by providing honest and supportive feedback

·       Realise operational excellence and contribute to continuous improvement through maintaining a thorough understanding of, and adherence to, the UK&I Learning Deployment Operating Model.

·       Embrace, promote and support learning transformation (both system and shift in delivery style) with stakeholders

·       Provide on-site support for your own and your colleagues courses as required

·       Support the induction of new team members

·       Be the first point of contact for queries from the practice in relation to the courses you are responsible for and respond to ad hoc Talent Development related queries

·       Ongoing management of UK&I Learning mailboxes for the areas you are responsible for

·       Support the UK&I Talent Development function by undertaking other operational activities and project.

To Qualify for the Role You must Have:

 

·       A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice

·       A background and experience in learning deployment and coordination is useful but is not a prerequisite

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Ideally, You’ll also Have:

 

·       Organised, with an attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines

·       Proactive in managing course queries and able to escalate appropriately with a solutions mindset

·       Ability to interact well and develop positive relationships with people at all levels within the firm

·       Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can do approach
