Junior RPA ( Robotics Process Automation ) Developer (m/f)

The opportunity

 

This is entry level junior position for which previous working experience is not required and most of the necessary skills would be obtained through trainings and on-job coaching.

You will have an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills related to Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and to be able to communicate and implement robotic solutions in your everyday work with the clients.

 

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

In this role you are responsible for participating in delivery of automation solutions to our clients. You will analyze and automate various processes using new, cutting-edge technologies that EY is currently implementing, and which are growing very fast on a global scale.

Your daily job will include:

· 
Design, implementation, build, test and deployment of Automation Software solutions (more precisely: Robotics Process Automation – RPA – software like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path)

· 
Advising our clients on RPA tool selection

· 
Collaboration with colleagues in other departments and countries, helping them automatize their processes in domains such as risk management, business optimization, finance and customer intelligence

· 
Regular, direct contact with our clients, while working on process transformation projects

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

This is a technical role. To succeed, you will need to have some knowledge of the following: 

·  Knowledge of some programming language (Java, .NET, C++)
·  Basic knowledge of workflow tools
·  Basic understanding of Agile software development methodology
·  Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
· 
Excellent team collaboration and teaming skills

· 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English

·  Eligible to travel from time to time in accordance with client and other job requirements and it can be both locally and internationally
