In order to contribute to the expansion of our mission, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Junior Contact Management officer (m/f) - CDD 12 months

Your responsibilities:

·  Maintain the CRM (Client relationship management) data regarding prospects/ clients/ companies and contact persons up to date
·  Ensure the CRM database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
·  Communicate directly and efficiently with users (hotline and trainings)
·  Oversee the data migration of the existing tool to the new Global one
·  Propose and develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the Company

Your profile:

·  Experience in CRM tool management
·  Comfortable with social media and being able to create links with the CRM through other existing tools
·  Thorough command of MS Office applications, especially in Excel skills (Visual Basic for Applications knowledge would be considered as an asset)
·  Project management skills
·  Details and results oriented
·  Good communication skills and excellent command of English (written & oral for trainings)
·  Confident and capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
