Job description

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team provides advisory services encompassing support in the implementation of new accounting standards, such as IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP; improvement of reporting processes such as fast close project; GAAP conversion and implementation; on call financial reporting advice; transaction accounting and financial reporting assistance; consolidation support.

In order to develop the expansion of our Consolidation Service offering within the FAAS team, we are currently looking for several:

 

Junior Consultant (m/f) - Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS)

Your responsibilities:

Under the supervision of Seniors/Managers:
·  Assist and support clients in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and improving their financial reporting to investors
·  Assist clients in improving and implementing efficient consolidation reporting processes 
·  Assist clients in applying IFRS and Lux GAAP: conversions, implementation of new standards, accounting opinions, etc…
·  Professionalism in servicing clients
·  Ensure that engagements are executed in accordance with the firm's methodologies and guidance, professional standards and local legal and regulatory requirements
·  IT Support : support clients to develop anaytical tools or financial models for their daily operations

 

Your profile:
·  You hold a Master degree with specialization Audit, Finance, Economics or Accountancy
·  You are dynamic and looking to work in a rapidly growing business
·  You are client oriented and have the ability to develop excellent business relationship with clients
·  You are a strong team player
·  You have good project management skills
·  You are a confident communicator
·  You are fluent in English, German would be an advantage
·  IT affine: VBA knowledge, BI
