IT Business Analyst, Core Business Services (SD - Markets Assurance) (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tampa, FL.

Analyze business, financial and information systems, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems. Help support the planning, development, management and operation of technology used internally by EY professionals. Facilitate business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes. Create viable and consumable software development specifications including end-user acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction and testing of technical solutions. Facilitate the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements, while providing continuous improvement to the process and methods. Work as part of a global team to support the delivery of consistent, business-driven services and solutions. Play a role in the transformation of EY’s business processes and supporting application and information landscape. Advise Project Manager on resource requirements, cost estimations, work breakdown structure (WBS) and budget allocations. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field and 6 years of related work experience.

Must have 6 years of experience creating and managing business requirements that are capable of being implemented and tested.

Must have 6 years of experience in developing and managing functional and non-functional requirements (security, data, performance, and capacity) for ASP/JAVA/.NET based software applications.

Must have 6 years of experience in Visio, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Wireframing tools for user interface.

Must have 6 years of experience in business analysis in a corporate IT environment.

Must have 5 years of experience working in a global, virtual environment with IT Services groups and other management personnel.

Must have 5 years of experience in software development, business analysis, project management, infrastructure enterprise engineering, information security, ERP architecture, business intelligence, and/or security and compliance.

Must have 3 years of experience working on global enterprise application systems in multi-tiered systems in a large environment.

Must have 3 years of experience working with onshore and offshore technology implementations within, or outside of the United States.

Must have 3 years of experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Users.

Must have 3 years of experience in using requirement management tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Must have 2 years of experience working within the Regulatory & Compliance business domain.

Must have 2 years of experience in Agile methodology.

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of business analyst in eliciting, designing, developing and enhancing business requirements.
