Job Summary:

 

Integration Services is a key role within the CTP Design and Engineering structure. Working on a Agile methodology, Clients will require custom configurations within the firm’s environment with their respective licenses. The professional will apply knowledge in Windows; Linux; Azure and DevOps / Agile methodology

Essential Functions of the Job: 

·  Environment Integration Services
·  New component configuration, middleware and application installation on Azure or other external source.
·  Create, maintain and troubleshoot automation, PowerShell scripting, ARM and Ansible Templates
·  Attend and contribute to project meetings, provide technical feedback.
·  Arrange and host conference calls with multiple parties, discuss solutions, troubleshoot, manage expectation, urgency and timelines.
·  DevOps involvement with projects for new configurations.

 

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

·  Ability to demonstrate judgment and be able to prioritize assignments.
·  Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people across teams, regions and organizations.
·  Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure, such as restoring services.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
·  Ability to document processes and procedures.
·  Advance knowledge of ticketing systems (Service-Now for example).
·  Ability to work and team effectively with clients, management and its staff members.
·  Strong working knowledge in DevOps & Agile methodology.
·  Strong knowledge on Office tools (Excel, Word, Access and Visio).
·  Basic Windows Systems Administration experience (Windows 2008/2012 Servers).
·  Basic Windows Systems Administration experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x/ 6.x/7.x
·  Experience in cross-platform environments would be a plus (Linux, Unix HPUX, Windows 2008/2012).
·  Ansible knowledge (wish to have).
·  JSON scripting (wish to have).
·  Basic Architecture growth design experience
·  Azure deployments, troubleshooting and administration
·  Powershell scripting (wish to have).

Other Requirements:

As this is a role with global focus and responsibilities, you may be required to work outside of the normal working hours in your time zone in order to partner with other IT Services staff globally. This role may also include travel, both domestic and international.

Job Requirements:

Education:

·  Graduated or Studying a degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience

·  Microsoft Windows Server 2016
·  Red Hat Enterprise Linux  6.x; 7.x
·  Project Management or Problem/Change Management 1yr
·  Basic Architecture Design Experience
