For our team at The Factory, we are looking for a colleague to reinforce our Marketing, Events and Communications team. This team is in charge of all Marketing related activities for The Factory as a group with its 3 pillars: Innovate EY, Innovation as a Service and EYnovation.

We are looking for someone with a great amount of energy, since the team works on several projects at a time. Next to setting up and maintaining the branding of The Factory & its services and managing all online and offline communication, we organize different kinds of events, big and small, to enable the synergy between start-ups and corporates. In short: with The Factory, we will be the go-to partner for all corporate innovation related projects and programs.

This is you:

• Awesome copywriter in both Dutch and English, able to build & unite the innovation community
• Frontrunner in communication & digital marketing – first experience is a must
• Eager to suggest the wildest ideas and take ownership in a meticulous execution
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty when organizing events and rolling out campaigns
• Driven by delivering results in a high pace atmosphere
• Curiosity to learn, explore, early adapt, create and share innovation
• Familiarity with the start-up ecosystem is a plus
• Loves to work in a startup-like environment, with short communication lines and in a small team
• Ability to build bridges and an internal community, with a positive attitude, drive and energy
• Team player
