We are currently looking to recruit in our Human Resources team a:

 

HR Recruitment Coordinator (m/f)

 

The HR Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional administrative support and assistance to the Recruitment Department. All these responsibilities and tasks will be done in close contact with the HR recruitment team members, our internal clients and the external applicants.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

• You manage the recruitment back-office process from A to Z:

o Posting job advertisements in internal and external channels.

o Organizing job interviews incl. follow-up.

o Preparing work contracts and other relevant personnel documents.

o Filing and archiving applications.

• Updating candidates files within our recruitment software and database.

• Providing relevant HR statistics and administrative follow-up.

• Participation in the organization of recruitment events.

• Participate in additional projects.

 

 

 Your profile:

 

• You hold a university degree in Human Resources or similar.
• You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• You cope professionally and efficient with a high workload and you are able to manage effectively stressful situations.
• You are a team player and rigorous while being client oriented and committed to quality.
• You are fluent in English, French and/or German.
