We are currently looking to recruit in our Human Resources team a:

 

 HR Learning & Development Coordinator (m/f)

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working on Learning & Development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Identify learning needs
·  Liaise with internal and external services providers in the context of training organization
·  Act as project manager to implement training curriculum and insure module delivery
·  Organize and coordinate logistical aspects and administrative follow up
·  Be responsible for the training budget and cost monitoring together with the L&D Manager, ensuring that all related tasks are properly and timely delivered by the L&D Team
·  Coordinate with the team for the elaboration of reports to the Ministry in order to obtain subsidies for professional education
·  Ensure regular reporting towards the HR Management
·  Provide support in different HR projects

 

 

Your profile:
·  You have completed your Master degree in Human Resources, Business/Economics or Project Management
·  You have 1-2 years of experience in HR, ideally in the field of Learning & Development
·  Previous experience in budget controlling would be an asset
·  You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate your work load
·  You are well organized, detailed-oriented, a flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations
·  You are a positive thinker, progress oriented, team player and have excellent communication skills
·  You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  You are fluent in English and French; additional language skills such as German or Luxembourgish are an asset
