When you work inMiddle East and North Africa(MENA) Advisory, you’ll help your clients transform their business by helping them see new opportunities, respond to change and find smarter ways of operating.
 
What kind of work will I be doing?

As one of our consultants, you will work in high performing teams on developing solutions for our clients’ most pressing strategic management challenges across different sectors and you may be required to travel across the region.
 
What training and development will I receive in my first few years?

The MENA Advisory Consultant Program provides you with breadth and challenge.

In the first year, you'll start with an intensive induction course to develop your core consulting skills and start building your networks. This will be followed by a blended learning curriculum, including knowledge sharing and networking sessions, technical and soft skills training, and learning events.

The diverse experience you'll gain working in teams will help you make an informed decision about the direction your career will take; how far it takes you is down to your energy, commitment and performance. To help you achieve your career goals, you'll be assigned a personal counselor and receive the encouragement of, and exposure to, senior members of our organization. This will allow you to shape your career and achieve your potential.

For those of you who meet our EY global performance expectations you will be able to take advantage of our fast-track program that offers you the opportunity to be promoted to senior consultant after just two years.

Entry requirements

 

ü Degree qualified – All degree backgrounds are welcome to apply

ü Graduated within the last 18 months

ü Proficient in Arabic and English language skills

ü Willingness to travel across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
