At EY, our Real Estate Advisory Services practice has been providing strategic real estate advice and valuation services to our clients for over twenty years with a focus on:
·  Acquisition and divestment of real estate assets and businesses
·  Commercial due diligence and valuations
·  Project feasibility and development strategies
·  Asset optimisation and accommodation strategies
·  Urban renewal and major projects

Eligibility
 
To be eligible for the practical placement you should meet the following criteria:
·  an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
·  due to complete your undergraduate studies in 2018 or 2019
·  available to work on a casual basis (as negotiated) for the remainder of your studies
·  available for an immediate start
If you are currently completing a Property related discipline with a view to Associate Membership with the Australian Property Institute, are keen to develop a broad range of real estate advisory skills in a corporate finance environment, and have a commitment to ongoing personal development, then we would like to hear from you.
