Actuarial services & Insurance Analytics

Our actuarial and analytics work is grounded in an extensive understanding of the financial dynamics of businesses. You will provide truly integrated services across all disciplines in the insurance industry by working with both audit and non-audit clients mainly utilizing your analytical competence and business experience.

Your challenge

As a senior hire we see that you have at least three years’ experience of working with actuarial services, preferably within non-life/general insurance.

You have a strong academic background with a focus on mathematics, mathematical statistics and / or an engineering degree. As a person, you are result-oriented and accustomed to working towards deadlines, as well as easy to collaborate and to work in projects.

The actuarial group at EY works for several business areas; Advisory Services (AS), Assurance (audit) and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). Your main focus will be to develop business and deliver projects within Advisory Services for the insurance industry, where we assist the major Swedish insurers to develop their businesses. You will periodically work with audits of insurance companies including some of the leading Swedish insurers as well as multi-national insurance groups.

As a leading professional services firm our clients expect us to be at the forefront of insurance technology and analytics. Experience with and an interest for new actuarial solutions and offerings are considered as a strong plus.
