APAC Assurance WAMApps Admin Staff – Data Delivery Team

The use of data analytics and automation of processes is a key focus of EY’s Assurance practice and an integral part of the audit services we provide to our clients. The process to request, capture, transfer, transform and prepare client data for analysis is a foundational prerequisite to integrating digital into the audit and is the central mission of our Data Delivery team. The Data Delivery team collaborates with Assurance teams to deliver automation across a variety of business processes, for a wide range of clients.
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an excellent career opportunity as an APAC
Assurance WAMApps Administrator to support our Data Delivery Team. The successful candidate will be joining a team which will be dynamic as it grows to support the APAC Assurance business. The reporting line will be into the WAMApps Team Lead in Manila.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Daily monitoring of the web-based tracking site that serves as a repository of all WAMApps requests. This includes managing of client lists, data management, archiving.
• Maintain and manage enablement site content and updates, including knowledge documents.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about capabilities.
• Process folder creation and provision access requests via IT service portal, track completion based on agreed service level agreement (SLA) and escalate long outstanding tickets to the WAMApps Lead.
• Monitor requests and queries coming through the central mailbox and provide responses based on a standard communications pack within the agreed SLA.
Qualification, Certification, Education
To qualify, candidates must have:
• A degree in business/accounting (management accounting, business administration or related degrees) or IT (information technology, management information systems or related degrees).
• Excellent project management skills in managing multiple projects with conflicting demands, timeframes, and stakeholders and the ability to function well in high pressure situations.
• Maintains effectiveness and adaptability when experiencing major changes in processes, work structures and requirements.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and can work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate level skills in using Microsoft ® Office tools particularly Excel & Outlook.
