The opportunity

As an Analyst Trainee you will assist our Transaction Advisory Services in the preparation of client deliverables, gather, verify and analyze information on target companies together with an experienced team. Depending on your personal expectations and interests you can start working in one of the following service areas:

 

·  Financial Transaction Diligence
·  Restructuring and turnarounds
·  Valuation, modelling and economics

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As an Analyst Trainee you will assist our professionals in sell- and buy-side engagements in various assignments, e.g.:

·  Working independently with the support of the other members of the team in preparation of client presentations and other deliverables
·  Gathering and analyzing financial information on target companies
·  Frequent interaction with your team on the progress, potential issues as well as conclusions related to performed analysis, presentations and other client deliverables
·  Attending internal and client project meetings

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

·  Studies in the field of accounting, finance, statistics or engineering
·  Soon to be graduate
·  Good quantitative and analytical skills
·  Deep interest in project work
·  Fluent skills both in Finnish and English
·  Previous work experience in a related field is considered as an asset
·  Outgoing personality and a true team player mentality
