TAS currently have graduate opportunities in Transaction Support, Valuations and Business Modeling.

Transaction Support

In Transaction Support you will be involved in assisting our clients in identifying issues and, in turn, maximizing value from their deals. You will work hand in hand with our clients to deliver advice across a number of deal types, including acquisitions, disposals, strategic ventures and access to capital markets. Typical clients include Investment and Retail banking institutions, Insurance companies and Asset Management vehicles.

Valuations

In the Valuations team you will be responsible for assessing the value of businesses, shares, debt and intellectual property/ intangible assets, for various purposes including financial reporting, tax and commercial reasons. In the current market there is also significant activity on the valuation of non-performing loan portfolios for various banks.

Business Modelling

In Business Modelling you will be assisting our clients by building and reviewing financial models. In building an effective model - whether it's to evaluate a transaction, a new market opportunity or for other strategic purposes – we can help clients make key decisions and improve their strategic outcomes. EY have the largest business modelling team of the Big 4, with a dedicated Financial Services modelling team.

Eligibility

·  UAE National
·  ABachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance or Commerce with strong academic credentials
·  Already graduated and available to start immediately (graduated in 2015, 2016, or 2017)
·  Able to join EY Dubai in September 2018
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Proficiency in Arabic and/or English
