The Key Executive Programme (KEP) is a market leading relationship development programme responsible for developing strong relationships with key buyers at Board level and C-suite (there are >1,000 members in the network) and connecting them with clients and EY to help generate new business for TAS. It drives at the heart of what our clients want - insights and access to management solutions on a) deals b) carve outs c) value creation opportunities. It brings in new relationships to EY and supports existing relationships, creating a network that is rich in expertise, sector and deal intelligence that EY can leverage internally and externally. And it does all this whilst also differentiating EY’s go to market proposition in PE, driving new business for TAS.

 

The opportunity  

  
We are currently a team of two professionals, but we have ambitious plans to grow, initially in the UK and then across Europe, thereby providing tangible development opportunities. As part of this growth, we are looking to welcome an Executive (Assistant Manager) to the team, who will support the team with all KEP related activities.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

You will manage / maintain the KEP CRM database, creating new KEP candidate profiles and updating existing candidate profiles whilst maintaining the KEP candidate details on our internal system (InterAction / Mercury).You will liaise with internal EY Networks & events teams to ensure KEP candidates are invited to relevant events / networks / webcasts eg Arts Sponsorship, Centre for Board Matters, EY PE Portfolio Company forum, CFO dinners, sector webcasts. You will also have the opportunity to support the running of KEP events including drafting event invitations and event brochures, creating the list of candidates to invite, be point of contact for event speakers, manage candidate acceptances and queries, attend events, track RoI of KEP events.

    

You will also: 

· 
Identify thought leadership to share with KEP candidates and support issuance of a quarterly newsletter to KEP candidates

· 
Manage KEP marketing & communications internally in EY

· 
Support the KEP team on Management searches for clients eg, searches for CFOs or Chair people for PE backed portfolio companies

· 
Work with the broader Origination team to identify where KEP has relationships with current or prior Management of companies on the EMEIA or Mid-market pipeline

· 
Help co-ordinate, where necessary, KEP candidate introductions to PE clients, head hunters, EY colleagues and other relevant contacts

· 
supporting the KEP team transition from a Lotus Notes CRM database to our new and improved Avature CRM solution.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments at a time
· 
Excellent people management skills including interacting with clients and senior internal stakeholders

· 
Demonstrable Excel and database management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

·   Experience of managing events
